Our full-service rental system will make sure you have everything you need for your restroom trailer rental. Just make sure to discuss all the details with our customer service team before your order arrives!
When determining a location, make sure to consider somewhere that is easily accessible to both your party goers, our drivers, and our service teams. You will want to ensure that your restroom rental can be placed on level ground to avoid tipping and other safety concerns.
Yes! Our Special Event Toilets are reserved only for special events and parties and have never been at a construction site.
We service our units once per week. This is done to keep the units fully stocked, clean, and sanitized.
The fee for the toilet includes the rental and once-a-week service. We can provide service more frequently if required and our customer service team would be happy to help you develop a customized service plan.
We work with our clients to help them select the best and most cost-effective services for their needs.
However, the following deliveries may incur a charge in addition to the cost of renting the restroom:
• Same-day delivery.
• Saturday delivery or removal.
• Sunday delivery or removal.

We use bleach solutions to fully clean and sanitize the walls, seats, and other areas of the unit.
All tanks are cleaned, drained, and replaced with fresh water at each service. This eliminates any order and makes sure you feel right at home.
We will place your portable restroom at your event or job site per your instruction, and make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your wishes.
However, for safety reasons, we must keep the unit readily accessible for servicing and will notify you if relocation is necessary. This ensures that our trucks, employees, and equipment are not in danger or at risk.
